On Friday, November 28th we thought we would go and check out the Gaylord Texan Hotel. I have heard it was a nice place with Christmas decorations. Since DD was here visiting us I thought this would be a good time to go and check it out. We didn't get up at 4am for Christmas Shopping!
While we where there we saw a 50-foot rotating Christmas tree, ; magical train sets winding through 1,000 feet of track; a life-size gingerbread house made from 5,000 square feet of gingerbread. Melissa was having a blast. She didn't want to stop and take family pictures. I thought this would be a great place for us to take our family picture for our Christmas cards.

Looks fun! I know what you mean about taking pics and getting an active toddler to sit still and smile. I laugh at my pics now b/c it is always a picture of Kaelyn running.
