Diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at 2 weeks old
Digestive:
Enzymes: 3Creon with every meal and 2-3 Creon with snacks
Vitamins: Adeks chewable 1 tab daily, Vitamin D3 1.5 tabs (chewable) once a day
Respiratory:
Albuterol nebulizer solution: inhale 0.63 mg by nebulizer 2 times daily.
CPT for airway clearance
